Position: Receptionist

Job Description:
Receptionist will be the first point of contact during operations in King Khufu Center at the Great Pyramids of Giza. He/ she will play a vital role in welcoming guests, ensuring smooth visitor experiences, and professionalism of the Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient KKC.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone/email.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email handling).
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Male candidates only (due to site-specific and shift requirements).
- Working hours from 5:00 PM till 1:00 AM.
- Residency in or near Giza is an advantage due to late working hours.
