Role Overview:
As a Recruiter Associate, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent who align with our mission and values. Working under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will contribute to the recruitment process and ensure we onboard the best candidates who will drive our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and assist in reporting recruitment metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to dopay.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality service to candidates and hiring managers.
- A passion for identifying and engaging top talent.
