We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across operations and support functions. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving recruiting team—scheduling interviews, organizing pipelines, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for every candidate.

What You’ll Do
Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments and time zones
Manage candidate communications—from invites to follow-ups
Maintain structured pipelines and keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) updated
Post job descriptions and manage incoming applicants
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the process
Help deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience
What You Bring
1–2 years in a recruitment coordinator, HR admin, or scheduling-heavy role
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and any ATS (Recruiterflow a plus)
Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment
