T-Shirt Source is a rapidly growing apparel printing company dedicated to transforming customer visions into high-quality printed apparel. We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally skilled Remote Graphic Designer to specialize in our print production workflow. If you are a meticulous designer with an expert command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work swiftly and accurately, we invite you to join our remote team.
This is a full-time, remote position for candidates located in Egypt, working on Pacific Time (PT).
Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT (Sunday is your scheduled day off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor incoming design orders and manage the queue to ensure a smooth flow to production.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to interpret order specifications and prepare designs for apparel printing.
- Expertly manipulate, clean up, and redraw complex designs, ensuring all original details and integrity are meticulously maintained.
- Accurately vectorize raster images and other graphic elements, optimizing them for various printing techniques.
- Prepare precise, print-ready files, verifying color accuracy, resolution, sizing, and other technical specifications.
- Work effectively within a remote team environment, communicating clearly and providing updates on task progress.
- Manage a high volume of tasks with exceptional attention to detail and speed, consistently meeting tight production deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional proficiency and demonstrated experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, particularly with design clean-up, redrawing, and vectorization.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your abilities in detailed graphic manipulation and print-ready file preparation.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Superior attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must provide your own reliable laptop/computer with the necessary Adobe Creative Suite software installed.
- Stable and high-speed internet connection suitable for sustained remote work and file transfers.

Compensation: start up the salary will be $250 for the training period (2 months) to ensure everything is going as planned and after that the salary will be $300
