Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to introduce the benefits of solar energy.
- Generate and schedule high-quality appointments for our solar specialists.
- Maintain a high volume of calls while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Effectively communicate the value of solar solutions, address objections, and build rapport with homeowners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and maintain customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum two years of experience in telemarketing, call center sales, or appointment setting.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a competitive sales role.
