OfferCharm is looking for a Remote Lead Manager ready to take on a vital role in our real estate investment team. This is a remote position where you’ll work directly with homeowners interested in selling their properties, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful closings.

What You’ll Do
- Call and qualify incoming seller leads through our real estate program
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners while following proven scripts
- Evaluate property details using our CRM and analysis tools
- Manage your pipeline with organized follow-ups and CRM updates
- Overcome objections with confidence and consistency
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth warm transfers
- Hit or exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience required (real estate experience is a plus, but not necessary)
- Fluent in English with excellent phone and communication skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and online tools
- Able to work from a quiet, professional home environment with strong Wi-Fi
- Positive, hungry-to-win mindset and a strong team player
