Overview:
The Customer Support will be responsible for customers / Vendors PO issuance, information update on the system and payment processing and tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Services Administrator
- Create and Update Customers & customers attributes
- Create and Update routes/sector & routes/sector structure attributes
- Create and Update SRs / Customers / Credit limits for the distributors business
- Update CMF (add/remove/modify)
- Initiate the monthly Journey Plan process, preparation, consolidation, update & upload.
- Degree qualified in Business / Commerce
- 1 – 2 year of experience in Customer support roles
- Advanced Excel experience
- Experience with SAP, Sales Buzz, Newspage (Preferred)
- Time management and organization Skills.
- English & Arabic language proficiency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
