Sales Coordinator
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.
About The Role
- Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations for the Sales Managers and Director of Sales. Ensure all documents are accurate, branded, and delivered on time.
- Handle correspondence with clients and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing assistance or directing to the appropriate sales team member.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in systems such as Golden S&C, Opera, and Lanyon. Generate reports and track production data as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of client site visits, sales events, and familiarization trips by coordinating internal resources and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Serve as a point of contact between Sales and other hotel departments including Events, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.
- Assist in tracking and distributing signed agreements, rate loading requests, and supporting documentation. Ensure all contracts follow hotel policies and are properly filed.
- Organize travel arrangements, meeting schedules, for the Sales team. Assist in maintaining sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Assist in gathering competitor intelligence, market insights, and client profiles to support strategic decision-making and business development.
- Provide main telephone coverage for the office. Prepare proposals and contracts.
- Free the sales team from the administrative workload and focus more in face-to-face calls and business meetings.
