We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Specialist who will play a vital role in driving KONE’s pricing excellence and profitability by supporting the development and implementation of our pricing and sales management models. In close collaboration with the business teams, you will help to enhance our pricing strategies and optimize sales processes.
What will you do?
- Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement in sales management and pricing to achieve KONE’s business goals, both short- and long-term.
- Support the development, troubleshooting, and enhancement of KONE’s pricing processes and tools.
- Gather, analyse, and prepare data for pricing analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a trainer, enhancing team skills in pricing and sales management through both analytical and soft skills training.
- Contribute to the creation of pricing concepts, develop price lists, and manage reporting activities.
- Participate in analytics projects related to pricing and sales development.
- Support the establishment and implementation of sales management routines and ensure proper CRM usage across global teams.
- Contribute to the creation of a structured learning path in sales management.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop new processes, tools, and growth strategies.
- Facilitate account creation on CRM for new customers.
- Track monthly and quarterly order reports, ensuring compliance with approvals, contracts, and agreements for timely order booking.
- Manage CRM data quality, generate reports, and align with partners and area managers as needed.
- Provide support to partners, Sales, and Business Development (e.g., tender letters, document review, portal registration, technical and commercial document submissions).
- Coordinate with internal teams (CSE, Legal, Finance, Logistics, Procurement) to streamline task completion and maintain communication with partners.
- Handle mass communications to partners, updating them on new offerings, Learning & Development, and marketing initiatives for consistent communication.
- Compile quarterly newsletters and maintain a marketing library on SharePoint.
- Record and archive all relevant documents on SharePoint for future reference.
Are you the one?
- Suitable university level degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales management, or other relevant roles.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Understanding of KONE business environment and customers.
- Solid analytical capabilities and ability to work with vast amount of data and information in various formats.
- Good knowledge of key sales enabler tools (Salesforce.com) and Qlik Sense analytics development.
- Proven project management experience.
- Proven track record of consistent success in business performance and development.
- Solid understanding of price, business principles and risk management.
