Job Title: Salesforce Implementation Engineer

Specright is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Implementation Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce administration to join our DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer-specific implementation and configuration tasks to support our cloud-based software solutions for Enterprise and Mid-Market level companies with complex needs. Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce, you will ensure that our managed package is tailored to meet diverse client requirements and functions optimally within their environments. You will play a key role in delivering technical solutions, resolving configuration issues, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including creating and updating fields, modifying page layouts, and managing object relationships.
- Execute data migrations and ensure data quality within Salesforce environments.
- Analyze and improve workflows and approval processes.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues using Salesforce tools such as the developer console and debug logs.
- Write and execute SOQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Write upgrade and migration scripts, primarily in Apex.
- Extract and deploy metadata changes across Salesforce organizations as required.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to support platform enhancements and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct manual testing and create test plans to validate system changes.
- Document configuration changes, system updates, and process modifications.
- Apply and document Salesforce best practices for security and system management.
- Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, demonstrating strong time management.
- Track and manage tasks using ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by proactively seeking opportunities to expand skills, taking on more complex implementation tasks, and assuming greater responsibilities over time.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience administering Salesforce organizations.
- Strong scripting skills, with experience writing upgrade and migration scripts in Apex.
- Proficient in extracting and deploying metadata changes between Salesforce environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and data architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce workflow (flows, process builders, and workflows) and approval process implementation and analysis.
- Ability to use Salesforce developer tools for troubleshooting and error resolution.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communicator and collaborator within technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira.
