This job is all about making sure that your customers' ledger entries are done with accuracy and on a timely manner. You will ensure account reconciliation is prepared for all assigned entities and collaborate closely with FP&A teams whenever needed. In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to General Ledger, which include:

Responsibilities
- Accounting of General Ledger entries & ensure completeness and accuracy
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly closing process of the assigned entities
- Responsible for preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly management reports
- Prepare account reconciliation for the assigned entities
- Coordinate with external auditors to provide requested documentation regarding financial statements and accounting treatment for specific transactions
- Provide FP&A team with financial analysis and/or comments as required
- Preparation and submission of quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Minimum qualifications
- University graduate in a related field (Accounting and Finance studies are an advantage)
- Excellent command of English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC Skills.
- Good knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent communication & social skills
- Proven understanding of Oracle Financials/SAP
- Experience in closing and reporting
- Work and succeed within tight deadlines and closing peaks
- Self-motivation and field and Good time leadership skills
- The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
- Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively in a team
- Proactive & Eager to learn more within and outside your area of expertise
