Digital and Technology Platform Services (DTPS) is the IT function within Coca-Cola HBC, responsible for enabling the CCH Group through best-in-class digital and technology solutions. The SAP Competence Center (Factory) is a dedicated team within DTPS focused on implementing and running SAP solutions to ensure they deliver maximum value and support business objectives. The primary purpose of the SAP factory is to provide expertise for the optimization and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA.
We are seeking for the following SAP Solution Architects:
- SAP Solution Architect Treasury & Banking [SAP S4 Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP S4 Cash and Liquidity management, SAP FI - Account Payable (FI-AP), Account Receivable (FI-AR), SAP In-house cash (FSCM-IHC) and SAP Credit Management (FIN-FSCM)]
- SAP Solution Architect Plant & Fleet Maintenance [SAP S4 Asset Management, SAP Plant and Fleet Maintenance (PM/FM), SAP Customer Service (CS), Mobile scenarios with CS/PM/FM]
- SAP Solution Architect Warehouse Management [SAP S4 Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Logistics Execution – Warehouse management (LE-WM), Mobile scenarios with WM]
- SAP Solution Architect Transportation Management [SAP S4 Transportation Management (TM), SAP Logistics Execution – Transportation, Shipping (LE-TRA, LE-SHP)]
- SAP Solution Architect Route Settlement & Billing (Last Mile Distribution) [SAP S4 Last Mile Distribution (LMD), SAP Logistics Execution – Direct Store Delivery (LE-DSD), SAP Sales Billing (SD-BIL)]
THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Solutions Architect is responsible for architecting and designing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements in support of a given portfolio. They are partnering with key roles (e.g. product managers, product analysts, etc.) to ensure solutions that are aligned to the architecture standards and principles, leverage common technology and services, and meet the financial targets (cost and benefits). Within the solution development lifecycle this role will be accountable for solution evaluation and selection, buy vs. build decisions and early-phase project estimates, which contribute to the business case. They will provide hands-on consulting to the product teams during the detailed design, build, test, deploy, and support phases.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support product managers in managing the E2E product lifecycle, covering business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Platform Architects in the preparation of Product roadmap for prioritized business capabilities, aligned with Platform Architecture, Enterprise technology and integration roadmaps.
- Create Functional/technical specifications from business requirements, including effort estimation, simplification, and standardization, to be realized by configuration and development teams.
- Identify and describe Enabler features and user stories: technology, security, interfaces; definition of done and capacity allocation.
- Contribute to Backlog prioritization carried out by product managers, including PI objective definition and delivery sequencing.
- Document component architecture: infrastructure, environment, integration diagrams; data model and sequence, data flow diagram, reflecting current and planned states.
- Code architecture documentation: CI/CD pipelines and code repositories.
- Create data models consistent with Platform and Enterprise data models.
- UI/UX solution alignment with expert/vendor, product owner, business stakeholders, and countries; A/B testing when appropriate.
- Quality gates passed with end-to-end quality engineering mindset, corrective actions and compliance assurance.
- Regular, reliable releases to production following DevSecOps best practices, without business disruption.
- Incorporate technological advancements in product design for value generation, user experience, scalability, and supportability.
- Follow Proof of Concept and prototyping approaches in cases of uncertainty.
- Foster and adopt new development models, including DevSecOps.
- Digital product line strategies: migration and release.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Technical expertise: Excellent command of the specific technologies and software used
- Architectural design: proven ability to design scalable, reliable and secure solutions in line with platform architectures
- Integration skills: Hands-on experience in integrating various systems to ensure seamless operation, in line with platform integration strategy.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and agile delivery (DevSecOps)
- Project management: Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring solution development efforts
- Diligence in preparing design documentation and updating architecture catalogues/repositories (e.g. ARDOQ)
- Vendor management (Vendor selection, contracting, collaboration)
- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience and ability to coordinate migrations/implementation of changes between the different Application environments (i.e., Development, Test, and Production). Experience with CI / CD concepts and platforms/tools
- Experience working with data environments and competency for data extraction and manipulation
- Understanding of data governance principles and experience working with governance frameworks
- University degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of working experience in the respective SAP / S4 area
- Experience in complex multinational environments (preferably FMCG or Consumer Products), with various market specifics throughout EMEA.
