Job Title: Senior Architect (Technical – Revit Expert) – Technical Office (Back Office)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect with strong expertise in Revit to join our Technical Office team in Egypt supporting projects in Dubai. This role focuses on preparing detailed working drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation in accordance with Dubai building codes and regulations. The position does not involve design tasks, client interaction, or authority approvals and is limited strictly to technical and execution responsibilities.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare all detailed and construction drawings using Revit in compliance with Dubai codes and regulations.Develop and manage coordinated BIM models ensuring clash-free integration with other disciplines (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical).Review and verify all architectural drawings and models to ensure technical accuracy and quality prior to submission.Coordinate closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration of all project components.Prepare shop drawings required by contractors when needed.Apply the requirements and standards of Dubai authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees) to all documents, even when working from the technical office in Egypt.Support the preparation of tender and construction documentation for projects.Attend internal coordination meetings to ensure architectural scope alignment with other disciplines.Provide technical support to supervision and site teams when clarification on drawings or details is required.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical architectural work on large-scale projects.Full proficiency in Revit, including BIM modeling and preparation of detailed working drawings.Good command of supporting software such as 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, AutoCAD for visualization and technical documentation.Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and construction standards.Ability to work independently and manage full technical scope without direct supervision.Excellent coordination skills with other disciplines (Structural, MEP).High attention to detail and problem-solving ability in technical matters.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for handling technical documents and communications.
