Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Deep Dives
- Lead analytical investigations to uncover the “why” behind performance shifts — including pricing changes, operational rollouts, incentive design, and feature adoption.
- Build data models and scenario analyses to support key strategic initiatives and vertical launches.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide business decisions.
- Reporting & Dashboarding
- Collaborate with BI to improve Tableau dashboards and ensure KPIs and business logic are aligned.
- Develop automated trackers and ad hoc tools to monitor critical performance indicators.
- Own recurring performance reports such as weekly business pulses and monthly reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics. A Master’s is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, strategy, or consulting.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments - ideally in logistics, tech, or fintech.
- Exposure to multiple verticals or multi-product businesses is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong experience with BI tools - especially Tableau.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a structured, insight-driven approach.
- Ability to turn complex data into business recommendations.
- High ownership mindset, proactive communication, and attention to detail.
