Job Description
- Responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content strategies across all digital and offline channels. This role will play a key part in shaping brand messaging through compelling storytelling, enhancing audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with MarComs teams to create a content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute compelling narratives and storytelling frameworks that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
- Plan content calendars across all platforms, including website, blog, social media, email, and print.
- Write, edit, and proofread clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for various formats (articles, press releases, web pages, case studies, white papers, video scripts, newsletters, brochures, blogs, etc.).
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and tone, and optimized for different audiences.
- Oversee content publishing and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work with designers, videographers, and other content creators to deliver multimedia content.
- Implement SEO best practices in content creation.
- Analyze content performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide content support for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Develop creative copy for digital ads, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
- Develop and edit content for newsletters, collaterals, presentations and reports for GS group of companies
- Source, onboard, and manage external vendors, media agencies, translators, and freelancers to support content creation, localization, and other content-related needs, ensuring quality, adherence to brand guidelines, and effective budget management.
- Mentor junior content writers and provide editorial guidance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
- Participate in other projects and perform other tasks as assigned
Personal Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
Technical Skills
- 6+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or editorial roles-Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Arabic with a strong understanding of narrative structure and audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
