CCDS is seeking a talented Senior Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will act as a key technical resource during the sales process, engaging with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and providing tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, delivering product demonstrations, answering technical inquiries, and preparing detailed proposals. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with in-depth technical knowledge and insights throughout the pre-sales process.
- Conduct assessments of customer environments to identify security gaps and recommend solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our cybersecurity offerings.
- Create and manage technical documentation, including response to RFPs and proposal development.
- Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on product developments and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Engage with prospects, addressing their queries and providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Assist in shaping the strategic direction of cybersecurity services through client feedback and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, specifically within the cybersecurity domain.
- Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, products, and best practices.
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as required.
