The Role!We’re looking for great Communication Specialists to join our growing care team. You have to be very proactive in this role with the ability to solve problems on the spot and think outside the box.
What will you do?
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all parties at all times
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Acknowledging and resolving complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Keeping records of the interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Connecting the hub with CS and our couriers.
Who are you?
- 3 months to 1 year of experience as a Customer service or similar role [Voice and non voice]
- Familiarity with logistics industry is a plus
- Experience using support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases from couriers .. etc.
- ,Multi-tasking abilities
