What we’re looking forYou have:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or ad campaign management — preferably within retail, fintech or digital media.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with performance data, KPIs, and attribution models.
- Confidence presenting campaign strategies and performance reviews to advertisers.
- Excellent project management and communication skills — you love keeping things on track.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Bonus if you have:
- Experience using platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, or Google Ads.
- Exposure to affiliate marketing, programmatic, or performance-driven branding campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:Partner strategy and relationship management
- Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of advertisers — focused on campaign performance and strategic growth.
- Own client communication across planning, launch, and reporting phases.
- Deliver data-backed performance reviews with clear recommendations and upsell opportunities.
Performance analysis and insights
- Monitor and interpret campaign results using Tabby’s internal tools and external attribution platforms.
- Build compelling reports and dashboards that translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Ad Ops, Product, and Brand Studio to ensure smooth execution.
Optimization and growth
- Identify optimization levers to improve ROAS, drive scale, and increase partner investment.
- Surface upsell opportunities and work cross-functionally with commercial teams to activate them.
- Stay ahead of performance trends, creative formats, and retail media innovations.
