Job Description: Senior People & Administration Specialist
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Reporting to: HRBP
Job Brief
We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior People & Administration Specialist to manage all employee personnel and administrative functions for our Egypt hub, with additional support for our UAE HQ. This is a critical, hands-on role where you will be the go-to person for all employee-related matters, ensuring our processes are compliant, efficient, and transparent.
Core Responsibilities
Employee Personnel Management:
Draft and prepare contracts for all new joining employees that comply with Egyptian labor law.
Help in the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Ensure all new employee forms are properly prepared and signed, create and maintain new employee personnel files.
Handle personnel record-keeping, payroll, and all related documentation.
Process all personnel-related transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Legal & Compliance:
Serve as the main point of contact for the Egyptian Social Insurance authorities regarding the registration of new employees and employee offboarding.
Ensure all HR and administrative functions comply with Egyptian labor law and social insurance law.
Manage and administer the medical insurance enrollment and claims for all employees.
Administrative & Logistics Support:
Manage all office administration and needs, including procuring supplies, equipment, and managing vendors.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Assist the CEO with payments and general administration for the UAE HQ.
Provide ad-hoc administrative and logistical support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Legal Knowledge: A strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance law is a must.
Language: Must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with the UAE HQ and CEO.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proven ability to manage payroll and personnel transactions.
Proficiency in handling insurance enrollment and claims.
High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
