Senior Structural Engineer (Steel Design) - AlMnabr

Almnabr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer – Steel Design to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to challenging and rewarding projects. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and analysis of steel structures, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices. You will collaborate with a team of talented engineers and contribute your expertise to a variety of projects.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and analysis of complex steel structures for various building types.
Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and oversee construction activities.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and architects to ensure integrated design solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Review and approve shop drawings and other construction documents.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a reputable university.
Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
Proven experience of at least 8 years in steel structure design.
Strong understanding of structural analysis principles and software.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla Structures).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Chartered Engineer status or equivalent is desirable.
Experience working on international projects is advantageous.
