Job Purpose
- To lead a group of qualified technical resources as well as being responsible for delivering and owning a stream of critical software applications to ensure Etisalat’s business continuity and competitive edge - Manage Customer Care, Sales, and Marketing demands, solutions and implementations for the CRM applications, and align it with the company business needs and the global IT strategy in order to achieve the best and cost effective solutions. - To provide sustainable service to various Etisalat departments and provide IT systems that help optimize business processes. - Fulfill new CRM business requirements to serve the Customer Care, Sales, Marketing and Products & Services demands through providing proper solutions and successful implementation - Communicate and negotiate effectively with the vendors to ensure a win-win situation and successful accomplishments of tasks considering cost optimization without impacting the quality of the vendors’ deliverables. - Manage the execution for the needed expansions and new systems to serve Etisalat business requirements. - Build, maintain, and ensure scalability of systems that highly impact customers and revenue in different channels - Manage the implementation efforts and ensure the alignment of the teams’ processes with the company’s processes against well defined KPIs. - Explain the need for new expansions in terms of cost and business value. - Manage the development RFPs for new major/strategic solutions and manage the vendor/suppliers to deliver the agreed solutions according to the requirements. - Research & development and evaluation of new trends and technologies to enhance delivery quality and efficiency. - Ensure proper solutions delivery through development, testing and acceptance phases. - Document the detailed technical architecture as well as other supporting documents. - Report required project resources, project progress, risks on time - Align with project managers ensuring proper progress and support provided on time.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, 7+ years of Experience. - Excellent command of English language (Reading, Writing & Oral). - Excellent Telecommunication knowledge. - Good interpersonal skills (Negotiation, communications, etc.) - Masters software development cycle and development activities. - Excellent in vendor management.
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
- Cross functional experience/exposure (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, etc.) - Experience with large size projects implementation.
