As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Subsea, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
• Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
• Being the primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.
• Escalating issues that can impact service delivery, ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
• Maximizing short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Petroleum Engineering/ Communications
• Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Subsea operations
• Have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• Have good knowledge of appropriate Baker Hughes products and equipment
• Have working Proficiency in written & spoken English
• Have completed approved Safety Training as required
