Context:Senior Site Architecture Engineer responsibilities including but not limited to: -
- Examine and validate architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.
- Supervision of all finishing & arrangement items and activities.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of quality, safety, and reliability in design, complying with applicable codes, life safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural designs with technical and engineering aspects.
- Evaluate contractor submittals and proposed design changes, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all designs align with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
- Act as the architectural representative in internal and external meetings, ensuring project objectives and technical quality are achieved.
- Support site teams by resolving on-site architectural issues and ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved documents.
- Identify opportunities for design optimization and value engineering; prepare technical reports and updates as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in Architecture field.
- Design review experience is required.
- Experience in Railway Projects is required.
- Master's in architecture is highly preferred.
