What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery for web, mobile, or backend-focused software development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional tech teams, business stakeholders, and international clients to define scope, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Run Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and maintain project tracking in tools like Jira or Trello.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, executable plans.
- Act as the bridge between delivery teams and clients — ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and communicating progress.
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects on course.
- Help evolve our delivery processes with new tools, workflows, and continuous improvement ideas.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the flexibility to adapt to real-world project needs.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalents.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills — you’re confident leading conversations with international stakeholders.
- A practical mindset — you know how to manage scope, timelines, and people under real constraints.
- Basic technical fluency — you don’t need to write code, but you know the difference between a frontend bug and a backend blocker.
- A bias toward action and ownership — you’re not afraid to lead from the front.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in eCommerce, logistics, travel tech, or SaaS startups.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD concepts, or software QA processes.
- Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM) are a plus — not a must.
- Experience in client-facing roles for European or US-based markets.
- Comfort working across multiple time zones and project streams.
