At Desire Solar, we are actively seeking for an energetic and results-driven Solar Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our solar solutions to businesses and homeowners. We are looking for candidates with a background in solar sales. though experience in sales from any industry or call center will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customized solar solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
- Present and explain financial options, including incentives, tax credits, and financing programs.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts.
- Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the project management team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, and follow-ups.
- Meet/Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field-renewable energy, engineering, sales, marketing, or environmental sciences.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Desirable: Experience in solar sales.
