Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automating, monitoring, and optimizing software development and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications and services.
- Manage and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to streamline deployment and release processes.
- Improve system reliability, security, and scalability across environments (development, staging, production).
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) and optimize usage for performance and cost.
- Ensure system and data security by implementing best practices in access control, encryption, and compliance.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Knowledge of security best practices (DevSecOps experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
