YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
A master at handling phone calls and emails, you are our initial point of contact! As the go-to person for retailers, partners, and consumers, you're responsible for providing effective solutions and resolving any issues that come your way. Your day-to-day involves working closely with retail outlets, the customer service team, and other departments to ensure that specific programs are implemented smoothly and that everyone has a solid understanding of our products. Your clear communication and coordination skills play a key role in making sure that resolutions are accurate and efficient, creating a positive experience for all involved!

- Proven customer service skills
- High energy and dependability
- Previous work in a high-volume setting
- Kitchen/cabinet/design experience is a plus!
