Role purpose:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will lead and manage operational support within the Talent Acquisition function. Your responsibilities include overseeing candidate coordination, mentoring junior team members as needed, and contributing to the enhancement of the overall recruitment process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews schedule/Hiring Events (Online & Offline) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Administer candidate assessment, technical tests, or any required test applicable to employment.
- Mentor/ Buddy and guide junior team members to improve their performance and efficiency.
- Assistance in documentation process post selection and completing the onboarding process of new hires.
- Organize and maintain accurate candidate data, ensuring data integrity is maintained.
- Participate in Local and global improvements process and support implementation within the country.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition coordination and administration.
- Experienced with application tracking system (ATS) and CRM tool, MS office Suite and MS teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data and record keeping.
- Ability to build relationship, handle multiple priorities and organize workload.
Key performance indicators:
- Interview Coordination Efficiency: On time schedules within SLA. Track the number of interviews scheduled and rescheduled per week.
- Report Generation & Document Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports. Deliver recruitment reports on time with minimal errors.
- Candidate Experience: Achieve high candidate satisfaction scores from feedback surveys.
- Team Collaboration: Receive positive feedback from hiring team members on support and communication.
- Process Improvements: Participation & Implementation of local and global process improvement initiatives
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Professional level verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience in SuccessFactors, Eightfold, Background Verification Initiation and Onboarding activities is preferred
