Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with a strong background in Hajj & Umrah tourism. You will help clients plan, book, and manage their trips, ensuring a seamless and meaningful journey.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Hajj & Umrah packages and recommend the best options.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries quickly.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in travel sales, preferably in Hajj & Umrah.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi visa procedures and travel arrangements.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Arabic fluency required; English is a plus.
