Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Assess client needs and present tailored solutions with our waste management services.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of Tagaddod's offerings.
- Aim to meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in telesales or a related sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability and knowledge about waste management solutions.
