Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Tendering Mechanical Engineer. The Tendering Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting engineering analysis, and coordinating with various departments to gather required information. Daily tasks will include developing machine designs, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, managing projects, and engaging in research and development (R&D). The role also involves cost estimation, risk assessments, and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
- Experienced in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Skilled in Project Management
- Knowledgeable in Research and Development (R&D)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in tendering and the engineering sector is a plus
