Travel Consultant (German/Italian)
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Cairo. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German and Italian clientele. You will assist clients with all aspects of their travel arrangements, from initial inquiries to post-trip follow-up, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Support customers with booking, ticketing, flight changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex cases when needed.
* Recommend additional travel-related services to meet customer needs and enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in German and/or Italian (spoken and written).
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply – no prior experience needed.
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, email, and live chat tools is a plus.
* Flexibility to work in shifts.
