As a Process Engineer, you are a member of the Utility Process. As a part of the team, you will leverage your process knowledge to advance the company's stewardship goals and reduce the manufacturing cost to create competitive advantages for our business. Additionally, you will contribute by identifying improvement opportunities within the process and determining risk position through participation in process safety-related activities such as MOC and FMEA.

What You Will Do
- Lead process for current utilities process ( N2,H2,ECS, water station, compressed air, etc.)
- Lead an operational team in a safe and efficient manner and to take ownership vision advancement, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Provide process engineering and technical support to plant operations for day-to-day production.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, learnings and innovations to advance the business strategy.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to contribute positively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Manage the inventory that are the critical raw material for the process.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical / mechatronics.
- 2-5 years of experience in similar field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience with process control fundamentals
- Knowledge on Industrial utilities field
- Experience of leading a high performing team as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
