What you will do
- Approach potential customers in-store and at field locations to promote our financing products.
- Explain product features and guide customers through the financing application process.
- Fulfill sales requests generated in stores or through field outreach, ensuring timely and professional handling.
- Ensure all data is accurately entered and submitted via the digital application system.
- Respond to customer requests made in retail locations or through off-site channels.
- Visit customer locations to deliver the financed product and complete all required paperwork, ensuring the full process is finalized at the customer’s convenience.
- Represent the company with professionalism during on-site visits and maintain high service standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential leads generated from stores or field outreach to convert into successful sales.
- Ensure all customer interactions and applications comply with internal policies and quality standards.
- Confirm all required documentation is collected, verified, and uploaded correctly.
- Provide daily updates on activities, leads, and conversions to supervisors.
- Report any challenges or feedback from the field that could help improve service delivery.
- Work closely with teammates and field supervisors to ensure efficient territory coverage.
- Support team initiatives and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail, field sales, or consumer financing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness to conduct visits to customer locations.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in using digital tools, tablets, and CRM systems.
- English level: Very Good (B2+/C1).
