About the role: Responsible for allocation and replenishment of merchandise to Nude Lucy stores. This role supports the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit and inventory productivity measures through accurate allocation and replenishment. With an analytical approach to allocation accuracy this role has the opportunity to directly influence our profitability. The role will be involved in:
• Allocating and Replenishing stock to stores • Analysis • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels in-store • Inventory management and control
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Managing replenishment to stores; maximising sales and stock availability, analysing impacts of allocation decisions and making recommendations as a result • Allocating monthly new range indents to stores –hitting time critical launch dates • Management and co-ordination of new stores stock package • Running and supporting the team with weekly trade reporting • Proactively managing stores SOH; consolidating stock across the network to manage best sellers/markdown stock/fragmented lines • Communication to stores, warehouse and CX teams • Monitoring and managing receipts and deliveries into store and DC • Monitoring and managing warehouse stock • Analysing sales trends and identifying opportunities and risks • Managing store gradings/profiles • Managing and analysing core line cards
To be successful you will ideally have the following skills: • Previous allocation experience preferable • Advanced excel skills • Ability to understand data and analytics and make recommendations as a result • A good understanding of merchandise inventory basics. • Ability to take a proactive approach and think strategically. • Strong understanding/ experience of the retail industry and environment highly regarded • Excellent attention to detail including accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality • Highly Dynamic and adaptable work ethic • Collaborative and strong interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and “Make It Happen” attitude
