Job Description
- Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements
- Participate in periodic meetings with the direct manager to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
- Performing other duties related to the job.
- Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc...
- Review and approved coordination drawings (or composite drawings) based on the project’s design drawings inaccurate with quality standards.
- Responsible for Coordinated with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure elect. etc.…
- Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to the consultant for approval.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction
- Review and prepare subcontractors’ Arch Shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Review and approved any solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solutions.
- Review as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant.
- Review material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved by the Consultant.
- Review all of the architectural designs after the approved concept design.
- Review all design development from start-up to end.
- Revise all subcontractors’ invoices and owners related to his department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture Engineering
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field experience.
