- Support Senior Management for any special project under his expertise.
- Responsible for delivering Inspection, Technical, Other Special project base services after related training/ qualification following BV SOP.
- Support management for organizing training as and when required for new or existing BV resources considering his expertise.
- Support Management for investigating root causes and identifying the gap of any complaint (internal or external) as and when required
- Support Management when assign for day-to-day Operation including back-office and field staffs under IAC Egypt or Africa.
- Determine training needs; organize training and competence development work of subordinates to ensure that they can be continually competent for the jobs assigned.
- Provide leadership, direction and management to the operations with the primary objective of achieving the highest customer satisfaction and meeting business line objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the interface and relationship of each department, solve problems, and create an environment, which encourages open and transparent communication, ensure smooth operation and continual improvement achievement.
- Responsible for the achievement and improvement of the performance of health, safety and environment management, ensure zero accident occurrences.
- Responsible for urgent and significant event handling. Report on office/ country situation and insight through to Regional Manager and propose or recommend any appropriate actions.
- Support to handle external client complaints, internal QA issues and internal discipline issues as and when assigned.
- Meet with clients, vendors, factory representatives frequently and as & when management required to review IAC issues.
- Complete other tasks assigned by N+1/ or Regional Manager and above.
