What you’ll do

Drive market share growth by acquiring new accounts and meeting sales targets.

Ensure adherence to Vodafone policies, procedures, and sales quality standards.

Expand channel reach nationwide and enhance brand visibility across dealer outlets.

Monitor market activity and customer experience through regular visits, reporting, and mystery shopping.

Deliver accurate and timely sales, stock, and performance reports.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through training, feedback, and succession planning.

Foster teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation to enhance operational effectiveness.

Provide teams with necessary resources, tools, and data to achieve KPIs and customer excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably Business Administration).

Minimum 6 years of proven corporate sales experience.

Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and oversee third-party relationships.

Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.

Strong business acumen with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
