We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Product Manager to join our Cards Squad within the Fintech domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the development and optimization of card-based financial products, including credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual cards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Product Development: Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for card-related features and services.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify trends and opportunities in the cards space.
- Roadmap Execution: Support the Product Manager in maintaining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance, risk, marketing) to ensure product initiatives are well-integrated and compliant.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Testing & QA: Participate in UAT and coordinate with QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Customer Focus: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Familiarity with card systems, payment networks, and transaction flows is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
