We are currently looking for a Brand & Digital Supervisor to join our team at Nissan Motor Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving NMEG’s digital strategy and brand consistency across all customer-facing channels, including PACE, WhatsApp, and the NMEG App. The role ensures seamless coordination across departments to implement effective digital and media strategies aligned with market needs. It also oversees the execution of advertising campaigns, manages invoicing and accrual processes for budget compliance, supports dealer communications and social media monitoring, and handles procurement tasks such as issuing contracts and purchase requests. This position plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility, operational efficiency, and digital engagement.
A Day in the Life:
Operational management of customer facing digital channels (PACE, NMEG APP, Chatbot) to reflect the current product range. This will include (but not limited to) content updates, digital solutions, configurator management and alignment to brand storytelling,
Liaising with key agency partners and regional teams to align on product calendars, updates and briefings to support fiscal objectives.
Brand Strategy development and deployment for the Nissan brand portfolio (specific Models), including Branded House and annual product strategies supported by robust Data and research including launch and maintenance.
Ensure alignment of brand tone of voice and brand identity across all platforms
Manage, Analyze & monitor key performance areas vs. objectives of the portfolio including Brand Performance metrics & funnel Performance.
Be the driving force behind Nissan Digital Marketing in Egypt.
Act as a key partner and subject matter expert to the cross-functional organization to assist in the digital transformation across the customer journey supporting the NCX MTP.
In conjunction with Precision Marketing, NCX and Marcom functions,, support on achieving and exceeding the regional AMIEO Digital KPI’s to increase digital sales and engagement.
Who We’re Looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a marketing environment is required.
Preferred experience in the automotive sector, customer experience, marketing automation, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in strategic or business planning.
Proven ability to formulate and implement brand strategies with a solid understanding of brand and product development processes.
Strong grasp of multi-channel marketing, lead management (online & offline), lead scoring, attribution, and funnel analytics.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deduce insights and propose solutions.
Excellent planning, organizing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to enable change and foster innovation across teams and stakeholders.
