We are looking for a talented and experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online store sales across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both managing e-commerce platforms and executing effective digital marketing strategies tailored to the Gulf market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store.
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Monitor sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate product uploads, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze data to improve customer experience and optimize sales funnel.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Experience targeting or selling to customers in the Gulf region (Bahrain, KSA, UAE, etc.).
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Strong understanding of online advertising tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
