- To proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow business presence in the identified target mid-cap/commercial segments (Sales > EGP500Mn) assets & liabilities.
- To deliver agreed assets/ liabilities / revenue numbers through ensuring extension of funded/ non-fund based facilities, trade and Remittance transactional volumes and significant cross-sell/ other products of the Bank.
- To prepare customer credit package & recommend relevant facility approvals as per the client’s credit needs and worthiness.
- To ensure that the credit risk on account of funded, non-funded facilities extended are adequately mitigated through robust credit analysis and ensuring full & proper execution of the requisite security documentation of the customers.
- To ensure compliance requirements for the relationships are adhered to and in line with the Bank policies – KYC, AML, Account Reviews as per Risk Levels, High Value Transaction monitoring, STR escalation.
- Monitor accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, and collection track record.
- Taking ownership of customer problems and assist handling it till final resolution through coordinating with other partners.
- To provide Mashreq Bank customer’s financial services which meet customer’s expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free service.
- Ensure achievement of set liabilities targets on an ongoing basis.
- Enhancing relationship revenue from existing portfolio accounts by cross-selling and up-selling products.
- Attend Monthly/weekly daily sales meetings with ASM and commit to sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to sell more effectively and expand business accounts & liabilities market share.
- Contact prospect customers on a daily basis, using direct approaches telephone, to meet & set appointments with customers.
- Conduct outside sales calls for potential Customers
- Be a team player and contribute to achievement of goals targets based on MBOs/ KPIs, Also to support and coach new staff to make easier their assimilation in the MB family.
- Relationship Management of Mid-cap accounts with a proven track record.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RM role.
- Credit Certificate is a must.
- Very good English language skills (Speaking and writing).
- Highly motivated and target oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
