- Develop and manage the cards product portfolio (Credit, Debit, Prepaid).
- Define product strategies, roadmaps, and value propositions aligned with the bank objectives.
- Identify customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings.
- Lead new product development and enhancements, coordinating with internal teams (technology, operations, marketing, compliance, risk).
- Manage pricing, fees, rewards, and product P&L.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and card network (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) requirements.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer education initiatives.
- Develop partnerships with fintechs, processors, and payment networks.
- Handle customer feedback and support issue resolution related to card products.
- Prepare business cases and present to leadership for product investment decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cards, payments, or banking.
- Proven track record of launching and managing card products.
- Strong knowledge of card issuing business, payment systems, and digital banking
