About the role:The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO who is responsible for managing and developing the organization's operational capacity and excellence, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for CEO.
- Document and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- 5+ years of experience in the same title
- Ability to deal with several executive levels.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
