ey Responsibilities: L
- ead the day-to-day site operations for residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects. O
- versee construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and timelines. C
- oordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. M
- onitor project progress and prepare regular reports on schedule, cost, and quality. E
- nforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site. M
- anage site logistics, resource allocation, and equipment utilization. R
- esolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid delays. R
- eview and approve site documentation, including method statements, inspection requests, and material submittals. E
- nsure compliance with local regulations, permits, and contractual obligations.
- achelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). M
- inimum of 18 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong track record in residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments. P
- roven experience managing large-scale construction sites from mobilization to handover. S
- trong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration. F
- amiliarity with FIDIC contracts and local building codes. E
- xcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. F
- luent in English and Arabic. P
