Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining all deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams such as operations, marketing, product/tech, and external partners to ensure timely and smooth project execution.
- Support the launch and implementation of new operational initiatives and pilot programs.
- Build and define KPIs and success metrics for each project in alignment with project owners and leadership.
- Develop the necessary tracking tools and reports to monitor performance and ensure transparency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, or delays, proactively adjusting plans as needed.
- Own internal communication and stakeholder alignment, keeping everyone informed with structured updates and clear next steps.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, blockers, and strategic decisions needed.
