As a Customer Project Manager within our CNS Market Services Middle East Africa Program Management Team at Nokia, you act as the main Point of contact for our external customer. You will be accountable for an external customer program (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or a complex project for an assigned product and / or service scope. You will be responsible to Assigns tasks to the project team and manages project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality . You will be responsible for the overall project success with respect to external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational services delivery performance. Your scope is covering end-to-end project planning and risk and opportunity management from inception to completion of the contract.
- Lead the delivery of customer program (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or a complex project for a defined product and / or service scope for a large and / or complex customer contract and from sell handover to care handover
- Deliver operational and project scope to the customer, ensuring alignment with Nokia's Mode of Operation and PM@Nokia methodology.
- Proactively Conduct thorough risk management for project risks and opportunities, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budget, profitability forecast, planned scope and with quality standards.
- Ensure project financial consistency by coordinating product and service forecast activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manages the customer relationship during delivery and serves as the primary interface towards the customer in all activities-related to the own scope of the contract, including customer complaints, corrective actions, and changing requirements.
- Develop a clear and effective communications plan and ensures proactive communication of all relevant information to the customer and to all stakeholders.
- Ensures data in all project-related tools and repositories is kept up-to-date and with high quality.
- Ensure proper project closure and handover, including fulfilment of all contractual obligations, documentation, and customer acceptance.
- Identify opportunities for contract expansion/renewal, ensuring project completion and handover meet all contractual and quality requirements and participates in pre-sales and sales process activities
You have:
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management in telecom industry
- Computer science and telecom engineer degree
- Proven ability to deliver complex program within budget, scope, and quality requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships and customer at Cx level
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, managing cross-functional teams and aligning internal/external stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Certification in project management (e.g PMP…)
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in telecommunications and networking
