Job Title: Remote Bilingual (English & German) Customer Support Specialist - Electronics Project (Part-Time)
Location: Fully Remote
Work Hours: CET Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM(includes 30-minute break)
Key Responsibilities:
-- Answer customer calls, promptly address customer inquiries, and handle missed calls.
-- Record customer issues and provide remote assistance.
-- Collect and feedback customer suggestions/complaints to help optimize products and processes.
-- Learn product knowledge and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
--Associate degree or higher
-- Full professional fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
-- 1-2 years of customer service experience
--Have strong communication skills and reliability.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
-- Prior e-commerce support experience (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
-- Knowledge of consumer electronics
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£37,000.00 per month
