Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Client Acquisition Specialist to drive new customer acquisition and expand our SaaS footprint across the GCC region. The role requires a mix of digital marketing expertise, lead generation strategies, outbound prospecting, and client relationship building. You will be responsible for creating and executing targeted campaigns that convert prospects into qualified leads and clients, while working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Pipeline Growth
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to identify and engage new B2B clients in the GCC market.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital channels (LinkedIn, email, paid ads, social media, webinars, SEO/SEM, content campaigns).
- Implement outbound prospecting initiatives—cold outreach, personalized campaigns, and digital networking.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to handover qualified leads with detailed insights.
- Market Research & Targeting
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and decision-makers across the GCC region.
- Segment and target audiences based on industry verticals, company size, and SaaS needs.
- Stay updated with regional SaaS adoption trends, digital buying behaviors, and competitive landscape.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan and run multi-channel digital campaigns focused on client acquisition.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, adjusting targeting, messaging, and channels based on performance analytics.
- Use marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo, etc.) to track leads and nurture prospects.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as lead-to-client conversion rate, CAC, pipeline velocity, and digital engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on acquisition performance and market insights for leadership.
- Recommend new approaches and tools to increase acquisition efficiency.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with the marketing team on content strategy, digital branding, and campaign assets.
- Partner with the sales team to align acquisition goals with revenue targets.
- Contribute to the client journey design to ensure smooth handover from acquisition to onboarding.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, client acquisition, or sales development within SaaS or technology sectors (GCC experience is highly preferred).
- Proven track record of digital lead generation and B2B acquisition success.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and B2B buying processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced SaaS environment.
