- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, and ensuring a smooth transition from account application to activation.
- Call & manage appointments to the assigned/reassigned onboarding requests.
- Meet customers at the required location to complete verification process of original documents submitted during digital onboarding journey and to complete NEOBIZ accounts Fulfilment through digital Tablet.
- Complete fulfillment process for all assigned/reassigned accounts.
- Follow up with customers till successful funding.
- Achieve the pre-defined and agreed ‘Minimum Performance Standards'.
- Achieve all required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain good customer service.
- Being mobile in order to meet customers at their premises location to secure the required business.
- Handles contacts with customers in a polite and professional way, and has the ability to resolve customer's issues at first contact where possible.
- Generates customer loyalty through strong knowledge of business banking products and services.
- Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate.
- Provides excellent customer service where possible, be able to own customer complex complaints by keeping up to date on training and internal communications.
- Manage daily activity and ensure all leads received are fulfilled to the highest standards as set out by the team leaders.
- Call customers within the agreed SLA and achieve expectation of both customers and business.
- Attend monthly, weekly, daily meetings with direct managers and commit to the assigned targets.
- Support and coach new staff to make easier their assimilation in the MB family.
- Ensure perfection in documentation fulfilment and policy adherence.
- Adhere to the banks behavioral and compliance guidelines.
- Adhere carefully to the compliance programs, procedures & bank policies.
- University graduated is must.
- Should be customer focused.
- Good command in spoken English and either Arabic, also good writing skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, and flexible for after working hours and outside daily multiple visits.
- Problem Solving & interpersonal skills.
- Having 1 year of sales/Marketing or shipping experience in banking or financial services industry in Egypt is preferred, fresh graduated can be accepted.
